Each trim has different cab styles and your choice of 2WD or 4WD drivetrain. The 4WD, 4-door, 8′ box trims are among the heavier trim levels to choose from.
The Ford F-150 ground clearance is 8.2-9.7 inches. Like the variety of curb weights from each trim level, each model offers a range of available ground clearances as well. The Ford F-150 Tremor is the lone trim level with a ground clearance of 9.7 inches, while many of the other available trim levels measure 9.4 inches.

Got it back in only 2 days which included a Saturday which is amazing, the other Ford dealers here in El Paso, TX, only open half day not these guys. They're open till 6:00.
